Frequently asked questions
Which games does it score?
Pinnacle (RECF Achieve and Inspire), Tier Takeover (Engage), Crossfield (Launch Robotics), Fast Track (Aerial Drone Competition), and Off Grid (ADC Pro): every match type each game offers.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Scoring, history, and the rules reference all work offline. Only the links to the official manuals need a connection.
Where is my match history stored?
Only on your device. Deleting the app deletes your history. Use “Copy” on a match result to keep a text copy.
The score doesn't match the official calculator.
RECF updates game manuals during the season. Check you have the latest version of the app, then contact us with the match details so we can fix it.
What do tips unlock?
Nothing. Tips are an optional thank-you; every feature is free.
Is this an official RECF app?
No. R2 Score is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation. Official rules are at games.recf.org.
